This policy explains your subscription if you choose to subscribe to refills.

 


Subscriptions

When you purchase a K9Clean subscription, you will receive automatic refills on a recurring basis. Your payment method will be stored securely and charged at each renewal cycle. By enrolling, you authorize these recurring charges.

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before your next scheduled dispatch date using any of the following:

 

Cancelling or Modifying Your Subscription

  • The Manage Subscription link in your subscription confirmation or renewal email
  • Your account portal at k9clean.shop
  • By emailing us at support@k9clean.shop

During the cancellation process, you may be asked to share brief feedback about your experience. This helps us improve our product and service.

To avoid being charged for your next cycle, your cancellation must be received before your next scheduled dispatch date. Cancellations received after a dispatch has already been initiated will take effect from the following cycle, and that order will not be refunded unless it meets the eligibility criteria in our Refund & Returns Policy.

 

Subscription Refunds

The 30-day results guarantee applies to your first subscription order. Subsequent subscription charges are not refundable once the order has been dispatched, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. For full details, see our Refund & Returns Policy.


Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are reserving a product that is not yet in stock. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout and fulfill the order once the product becomes available. You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled for a full refund. Once fulfilled, the order cannot be canceled, but you may request a refund in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.
